Hiking at Nemea and Dervenakia

This is not a route, but a short ride with archaeological, historical interest, in the natural environment with vineyards and other picturesque landscapes of the Peloponesean land.
The start point is Omonia with the coach and after making some stops on the way we will reach Nemea.
There, we 'll make a visit to the facilities of a winery where they will guide us to the facilities and flavors of the best wines in Greece. .
We will continue in the archaeological site of Nemea, the Museum
and the ancient stadium where the alternative Olympics, Nemea were
held.
We will continue with a visit to Our Lady of Rocks an old monastery hooked on a type of meteor rock
Afterwards we will go to the village of Agios Basilios where a hike will begin, ascension to the strongholds of the Greek army where the third day of the Dervenaki battle was attempted by Turks to pass the block of the Greeks. There was the final destruction of their army.
We will climb through the canyon to the fortifications - towers at the top and slope of the hill, from which we will see all the plain.
